2009年3 月19日至3月20日，
由新加坡T.U.N International和 cippe合辦的FPSO China2009中國浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)油卸油研討會(huì)在北京臨空皇冠假日酒店隆重召開。
本次FPSO論壇，以第九屆Cippe展會(huì)為依托，充分發(fā)揮了展會(huì)期間人物云集的優(yōu)勢，定在展會(huì)附近的假日酒店召開，使得與會(huì)人員能夠在參加完會(huì)以后就近參展。論壇在兩日舉行，包括中海油，SBM offshore ，2H offshore，crondall能源咨詢公司，馬來西亞海洋研究所，煙臺(tái)Raffles造船廠等一大批重要演講嘉賓。
在金融危機(jī)的背景下舉辦這樣一個(gè)論壇，不但可以在同行間相互交流新技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，而且還交流了應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)的觀點(diǎn)。這對(duì)于FPSO行業(yè)的投資、部署、運(yùn)營和維護(hù)，都有積極地參考意義，同時(shí)也更好的幫助企業(yè)在相關(guān)方面的決策實(shí)施。 會(huì)議為期兩天，參會(huì)嘉賓同時(shí)還參觀了CIPPE展覽會(huì)。
